Exchange and Return Policy


At Saras The Label, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible online shopping experience. We understand that sometimes there may be instances where an exchange may be necessary. Therefore, we have established the following exchange policy:

Exchange Eligibility:

The item(s) requested for exchange should be unused, unwashed, unworn and must be returned with all its packaging and tags.

Exchange Terms and Criteria:

  1. We only accept size-related exchanges.

  2. Once delivered, our jewellery items are non-exchangeable unless in rare cases if the item is defective.

  3. We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.

  4. Saras shall only entertain exchange requests for orders placed on our official website, 

Exchange Procedure:

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact our customer support team at within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, stating your order number and the reason for the exchange request.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive the item, we will verify the condition of the item(s) and initiate the exchange process.

  4. The exchanged item(s) will be shipped to you within 5-7 working days.



If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via mail at or call on +91-8978973913 within 24-48 hours of order delivery.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and inform you about the exchange terms and criteria.

  3. An amount of 250 INR will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail thread with us.

  4. If you wish to send the exchange product directly to us, our team shall share the shipping address with you. After dispatching the item(s), we request you to share the AWB number along with the courier company name and POD. Please ensure that you dispatch the items for exchange via reputed courier agencies only because Saras shall not be liable for any loss of the parcel or items during transit for the items directly shipped by the customer.

  5. After the payment has been done, our customer support team shall initiate the reverse pickup via trusted courier services.

  6. Once the product is received in our warehouse, it goes under the quality inspection department and once it is approved, we dispatch the requested (new) size to you within 7-10 working days.

  7. Exchanges for size will only be done once per order and multiple exchanges of products on the same order will not be accepted.

  8. There may be certain cases when the requested product size may not be available in our inventory. For such instances, we make sure that our customer support team informs you about the same and shall issue a credit note for the total item(s) amount.


Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Yes. You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it by contacting our customer support team at 8978973913 or by mailing us at And if we have shipped the order, then reshipping charges of 250 INR will have to be paid.

Saras does not provide any returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We do offer a size exchange option for purchased items. You may refer to the same under ‘Exchange & Cancelation Policy’ on our website.
